Important Dates

Guidelines for Lecture Submission

●Please click the "Lecture Submission" button for your submission
●Please upload your lecture materials after entering personal information.
●Once you complete your registration process, we will send you a receipt via e-mail. You may modify your lecture materials until the registration deadline.
●Please click the "Modification" button at the "Lecture Material" page after entering your Name and E-MAIL if you want to edit and resubmit your lecture materials.
●Presentation slides should be submitted online and onsite. You may also submit your presentation slides via E-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).
Please save your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
●Lecture format must be in Microsoft PowerPoint.
●Please submit your CV and photo with your lecture materials.
●If you plan on using your own laptop or Mac Book during the presentations, please alert us via E-mail (gaonpco@gaonpco.com).
●Lecture materials on the first day must be written in English. No matters on the second day (English or Korean.).
